My new pack
Today, after much wandering and searching, I finally found a pack which welcomed me into its folds, even during a time of war. Such an interesting pack, its so organized and much larger than my birth pack, which just contained my mother, father and litter, though I will definitely miss it. The alphess is a strange one, that is for sure, and she even though at first she seemed hostile towards me, calling me out for the trespasser I was. I had thought I'd be chased out of her lands, and I was fully ready to leave without a fight, but she didn't even want to do that, since her pack tries to make few enemies. This does make some sense due to this war she had mentioned, the more the better, but I can't help and think that she's being too lenient. Oh well, though, it at least got me what I was looking for, and is really no concern mine.
From what I have seen of the pack lands, which has only been the outlands where I had been planning to stay, it is rather nice. It isn't run down or lifeless by any means, but its not that special either, its just a rather plain beach with the normal creatures found there. I do hope that the lands won't be crawling with those looking for war, since I'd hate for my first few days in the pack to be all about fighting. I still need to learn where the lands of this pack's enemies are so I can avoid them and any complications that come with it. As for everything else, I hope to see the rest of the land soon, perhaps tour it in order to find the best hunting spots for the pack.
That is right, I was accepted as a hunter for the pack, just as I was trained to be in my birth pack. Originally she had offered me the position of warrior, though I did question her about the hunter position and she allowed me to do so. Apparently in this pack its called Los Cazadores, while the lead hunter's, whom she named as Nightrain's, position is called El plomo cador, so I will have to remember those same words. I just hope that this turns out to be the right pack to have joined, since I would feel great dishonor for being tricked.
