Feeling out of place, feeling strange
Appearance Description:Timber, I suppose, is your average gray wolf of the sorts. His fur consists of variations of grays, blacks, browns, and coppers, it's no wonder he was named Timber for a reason. His is not built to be insanely strong or burly. In fact, as far as males go, the canine tends to fall on the smaller side of the scale. He has narrow shoulders and a tight ribcage, setting in contrast to long limbs and a narrow snout. If anything, Timber is tall and lanky, he's build for speed, get past the clumsiness.

Personality:Awkward.
Young Timber is anything but your average wolf. No, he's not bouncing off the walls, badgering his others for trouble, or even picking fights with brutes. This little fella is simply your cool cat, so to speak. Rather, lacking the cool. He's typically on the quiet side, and though loves making friends, often lets his shyness overrule all. On that note, lest not forget one little thing. Timber, of all wolves, is incredibly awkward. It's enough to push his shyness aside to simply talk to another canine, but nothing was ever promised he'd be good at talking to said company. In fact, the brute is rather fail when it comes to socializing, in a boyish, adorable sort of way.
Shy.
As earlier mentioned, this little guy is extremely shy. Male pride? Next to none. It takes a lot of courage for young Timber to waltz up to another wolf, she-wolves in particular, and strike up casual conversation. It's not that he doesn't want to make friends, hell, he longs for such companions, it's just a matter of going about it. What should he do? Play it cool? That would be a disaster waiting to happen. Sure, vixen find that awkward, shy thing kinda cute, though mister Timber seems too oblivious to notice. He doesn't have much of a confidence, to be blunt about it. He's more of a shadow character. The canine has no problem being part of the crowd, laughing, listening, doing whatever. But just that. He likes to watch the excitement, not be a part of it. As soon as his voice is demanded, or the spot light is reared and placed on him, Timber is all out of his element, he'd rather be running with his tail between his legs, to say in the least.
Timid.
Along with shyness, comes that timid nature. Like earlier said, male pride isn't high on this fella's to-do list. In fact, he'll let just about any mouse-brained canine smack talk him without even thinking of raising a claw. Sure, the he's got pride, and the odd wolf from time to time does manage to get under his fur, but he's certainly not violent. Despite the act Timber is at a constant battle to prove his place in Traum, and convince himself, he's not about to prove that through fighting some block headed brute. The canine can get frustrated, sure, but nine times out of ten, he'll stalk away before anything happens. And unless he is in fact protecting his companions, Timber is all about the defense.
Curious.
This little tom's always watching from the side lines. He likes to be part of the crowd, sure, but he doesn't like to have the voice, so to speak. Timber is all eyes and ears, constantly learning from the world he sees around him. And with all these wondrous sights, comes the curiosities. He's always loved the thought of adventure, as much as it scares him so. Too many times has Timber been curious, but too shy to speak up. He's constantly fascinated by the world around him, and his peers. Now, it's only time to put those wonders into words.
Oblivious.
If you haven't noticed, Timber isn't the best social butterfly out there. And with that awkward nature, comes inexperience. When it comes to the feelings of others, their thoughts, their opinions, he's as blind as bat, especially when it comes to she-wolves. Relationships? Not his forte. It might be a while yet before Timber can connect the dots, and open his eyes to what's really in front of him.
Humble.
Timber's all about trying his best and being perfect, he always had been. Its that everlasting goal to improve. He works with every fiber of his being, and does everything he possibly can to get it right. And from time to time, those efforts are marveled. And like every time, comes the surprise. Timber's a humble kid, and accepts graciously, but appraise has always confused the young wolf. As an canine, Timber feels it's his job to work had and get the techniques perfect to the dot.
Uncertain.
I'd like to say Timber is the perfect lupine. I'd like to say he's dedicated, loyal, and going places. But something, something deep in the pit of his stomach, holds him back. As you can probably tell, the young tom isn't the most confident kid out there, in fact, he rather doubtful with everything about him. From saying the right things to doing the right moves. And this, of course, leads to a lot of confusion. All too often has Timber felt scared, uncertain. Scared of what the life ahead of him holds, scared, of losing, scared of not doing it right. All too often, has he wanted to flee, just retreat from the world, and get out of the fur of others around him. He's insecure to say in the least. Timber's constantly feeling like he's not good enough, and as a result, he feels the need to do what he does best. Run. All too often, has that fate been tested.
