¿Werewolf Site?

Well, I've never rped anything save for the modern age really, i have some interesting rp's before and i had LOA in which was set a really really long time in the future but like it was back down to a sort of medieval time line but far more advanced.... hard to explain.

Honestly i would love to see the whole Medieval thing, but that's because i enjoy that time period (at least movie wise) That or 1800's I've always wanted to take a step back in time, but this is my own person view. the only problem is, i am so not a history buff, and i wouldn't know what terms were properly used at the time if it ever came down to it. But say if you were to use one or the other, then there would be another added danger from the human population.

Maybe a compromise? Maybe it could be a fantasy land made up of more futuristic or modern day cities, with really underdeveloped, more medieval places with like, more earlier weaponry out in the countryside or something like that. Or have some sort of mixed up time line. Because personally I like werewolves descending from the older days.

My friend Lane and I, on our old site we used to roleplay werewoofs on, we used to do the three-form kind of thing as well. But it was along the lines of a human form with the ability to use their lupine strengths, like their speed, teeth and claws. To the large hulking four-legged wolf as a mid form, and then the two-legged Ven-Helsingesq final form.

You KNOW I'm already interested! <3 I've been waiting for DAYS, Thirteenth, DAYS! So you already know my plot ideas, but for anybody who doesn't, I'll post a general outline-

Either in Medieval times or the modern age, a new serious outbreak of the Bubonic Plague breaks out and any antibiotic made for it only speeds up the process. Now 13th and I were talking, and we figured that the plague could be spread by werewolves, but not effect them. Like they're the carriers, so to speak. So I guess i you get bitten and survive, it appears you are dying with the plague, until the full moon comes and BAM ;D So yeah, I guess we can toy with this more.

Yeahhh, 13th already knows my views on werewolves, and I'll post a few pictures on how Ilike me some freaks "D ;;

Alright, so I think we can definately say that we'd like to go for an older time period. I'll toy around with ideas and try to lay out a few settings for everyone to take a look at.

Like Prissy said, we were discussing a Plague idea that would push things to an almost pre-apocalyptic setting with general chaos running rampant through the lands. Her idea would also allow for superstition and persecution of those believed to be werewolves, which I very much enjoy.

She and I should probably get together and come up with an explanation that is a little more clear than what we have so far though lol.

I like the whole plague idea, and the time setting, but like Maka I am more of the Van Helsing werewolves than the others... i just find them kinda ugly.

I'm sure we can allow for there to be different types and variations to be included, can we not? Different types of them change in different ways. Some being more feral and becoming actual wolves with hulking, two-legged forms. Others turning into scruffy wolfmen, but I don't find those guys very appealing. xD

And to be fair Prissy, the last wolf you showed out of that showcase, which would be wolves I'd most likely pick, tho not as thin or beefy as those, was not a werewolf. lol At least I don't think it is anyways, looks more like an anthro. But my preferred style for werewoofies is more anthro anyways in a sense I guess. xD

I'm planning to set things up so that there are various kinds/forms of werewolves involved.

Personally I like the mythos as a whole and have characters ranging from the ugly monsterous type to the much sleeker VH type; though like Sarabi and Maka I do tend to lean towards the latter.
